Education

I'm an English Major and Gender and Sexuality Studies Minor at Princeton University, class of 2018. On campus, I'm an editor for Princeton's student run publication, The Nassau Weekly. I work for the Princeton University's Program in Creative Writing as well as Princeton Writes. I'm the communications director for Princeton Students for Reproductive Justice.

Experience

I'd love to help students achieve academic and personal success in reading and writing. At Princeton, I'm the go-to person when my friends' have questions about writing essays. And with the Nassau Weekly, I've helped a lot of students edit their written work to publish a piece they're proud of. I'm also able to help students write their college application essays and prepare for the reading and writing sections of the SATs. SAT reading: 800 SAT writing: 790 SAT2 lit: 780 AP Lit: 4 I've published and won a few awards for my short stories: Two short stories published in The Adroit Journal. Winner of the 2015 Adroit prize for prose for short story, "Feelies." Honorable mention for Princeton University's Ward Mathis prize for short story "Building Blood." Additionally, in high school I was a Prose reader for the literary journal, The Winter Tangerine Review. I've held editorial internships at a publishing company in France and at an independent magazine (Cherry Bombe) in NYC.

Hobbies

I do a lot of reading and writing as course work, as well as, for fun! I enjoy spending time with friends, exploring, adventuring, and traveling. In past summers, I've spent a few months abroad, either working or studying. In high school and for a semester at Princeton I studied French, Spanish and Latin. To distress and get off campus I go to Gemma's classes at Gratitude Yoga, Pure Barre in Palmer Square, or I'll take a run along the towpath. My favorite restaurants around Princeton are: Aijehei, Roots, and Nomad Pizza.
