Hobbies
Hi! Thanks for taking the time to view my profile. I grew up in South Dakota and am currently pursuing my Masters in Princeton, NJ. I competed in collegiate athletics (pole vaulting) throughout my undergraduate degree, which taught me the value of good coaching. My coach always said, "If I'm doing my job right, you'll be able to coach yourself." This is my approach and desire for tutoring. A good tutor provides the necessary skills and tools to help students ask the right questions and learn how to learn. I hope I can serve people by helping them acquire and discover the necessary skills to succeed in the subjects of English and/or Theology. I enjoy reading, writing, painting, drinking coffee with friends, playing board games, working out, going on walks, photography, and playing with dogs. I love spending time in nature and traveling with my husband whenever we get the chance.
