I am an active, innovative , and creative teacher. My first goal as a teacher is to teach students intellectual skills for their success both in and out of school. Students will forget the chemistry and biology, however, they will not forget high order thinking skills to approach solving a problem. I am keen on providing my students array of knowledge and strong content of subject matter. I devote extra time and additional supplemental effort for students who are struggling and help them not only to achieve passing grades but to raise their standards. I encourage low performing students to have high expectations and believe in their potential and abilities.
