I am a Cuba native from Havana. I am half Spanish, half Cuban. I am a native Spanish speaker and have studied Spanish academically for 18 years. My lessons typically consist of exercises in speaking, writing, and listening in Spanish. I specialize in test preparation for both AP and SAT tests. I’ve taught students of all ages from kindergarten to high school. What I enjoy about private lessons is the ability to personalize my lessons to each student for their age and skill level. For my younger students who want to learn Spanish as an extra curricular, I prepare lessons that involve games to make learning Spanish fun and easy. For my older students, I can help with homework and test preparation as well as providing extra exercises to help fill in the holes in their understanding of the language. I think what really makes me stand out among other tutors is my ability to help my students feel comfortable during lessons. I connect well with students of all ages, which helps promote a deeper understand of the language.
